Bethel is located in Santo Domingo, the
capital of the DR. Bethel is an oasis in Santo Domingo, a city that does
not believe in garbage pick up, perhaps the country officials don't think
picking up the garbage in the capital is a priority. This is also a chaotic
city to drive, I have driven in exciting places like NYC and Europe, but
Santo Domingo tops them all, there is no rules here, the bigger vehicle
always has the right of way regarthless of traffic laws which are hardly
enforced.
